Hi Nan! I'm so happy you're here!!! :hugs: I was just thinking about you! I just learned about something called "Three Good Things" that may be a good thing for your daughter to try. It's simply writing down 3 good things (or at least positive things) that happen every night before bed for 14 consecutive days. Its been proven in studies to help "rewire" our brains to recognize the positive aspects in life instead of only focusing on the negatives, which we are naturally pre-programmed to do.
